The Believe It Or Not Building has been part of Old Town's history for decades.  1500 N. Wells was first home to the Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, showcasing world-famous oddities throughout the 60s, 70s, and 80s.  The museum shut its doors in 1990, making way to the historic Chicago Clock Company.

In 1995, the building was purchased once again, renovated, and continues to evolve into a service haven for the neighborhood's growing population.
